Boilerplate

Cyborn is an independent game studio in Antwerp, Belgium, founded in 1998 by CEO Ives Agemans. We create our own VR and mixed reality titles — Wall Town Wonders (Meta Quest 3, 2024; PlayStation VR2 and PC VR, 2025), a Meta-backed mixed reality town builder that won Best XR Game at the Belgian Game Awards 2025, Best Technical Achievement at the European XR Awards 2025 and the Innovation Award at the AUREA Award 2026, and Hubris (PC VR, 2022; Meta Quest and PlayStation VR2, 2023), a sci-fi action-adventure named UploadVR’s Favorite New PC VR Game of 2022 — and we partner with publishers and studios on co-development, co-production and services: full-cycle VR/MR development and ports in Unreal and Unity, character animation and VFX (credits include Horizon Forbidden West, Horizon Call of the Mountain and Metro Awakening), and an in-house Vicon motion capture studio. Cyborn is a recognised producer under the Belgian Tax Shelter for video games and is backed by ForsVC and Koiba. Our animation heritage includes the feature films Dragon Rider (Netflix) and Ploey.
